DT for Vintage Elusions-things with wings

morning everyone well the weather has been lovely this weekend i actually managed to keep my self indoors long enough yesterday to tidy my bedroom.all my craft stuff are now in boxes labelled up.....but how long for???? lol

well its challenge time over at vintage elusions and the theme this time is things with wings so i hope to see you joining in.

the dragons lair



so here is what i made using the digi from smudgetastic

here is my first ever twinchie so i hope ive done it right lol.

to make this i inked up the 2"x2" square using blue ink then smudges of black on it.

i then printed out the digi and went around the wings of the bad with my black promarker.

i then added a silver snowflake in the top corner (i bent up the ends of the snowflake so its more like a moon)

using the digi from the dragons lair

i coloured the digi using pink and green promarkers trying to keep to the vintage pink colour.

i then covered the card blank using stripped backing paper. adding some brown swirled tissue paper which i then added the digi on top of.

i then used a green rose at the bottom of the card with some pink butterflies 'flying' up the card to the big sentiment butterfly.
