hello everyone and welcome to my blog....as you will be able to tell im still new to this and have a long way to go so please bear with me :) all feed back is welcome good or bad as it will help to to know if my work is good or if to improve it... my main work for the blog is card making but am steadily starting to make boxes and will eventully move on to other things thanks again for reading cant wait for your feed back

DT for LEJ Designs-Steam Punk

morning everyone how are we all today??? 

 well its challenge time again over at LEJ Designs and the theme this time is Steam Punk..

 the jackpot this time for using a LEJ Digi is one!!!

 the first winner will get 4 digis of there choice from the LEJ shop 

 and the second winner will get this.....


to say i love this style this is the second time ive actually done it so please be nice lol
so using the wings of time digi which can be found in the shop here is what i made 



i should have done a before and after pic as i decided to decorate a old folder i had.

i used some blue heart paper down the right hand side.
i then printed off the blue cog paper which you can also buy from the shop i coloured the image using promarkers and added it to the folder. i then decoupaged the cogs in the bottom right hand corner and added the pocket watch under the image.

i then added some twine to the folder with some big silver sequins on (bit like cogs)

DT challenges for everybody

late post from me today oops lol 

 well its challenge time again over at challenges for everybody.

 again we are sponsored by the fantastic Digi Darlas and the winner will get 5 igis of there choice.

 so here is what i made using matt and his music 

to make this i coloured the image using promarkers. then added black card to the card black and the 'happy birthday' sentiment. 
i then added the wooden star at the top i made it simple but effective for a boy

DT for When the scrap hits the fun & NEWS

good morning well its not raining......YET lol

 just a quick post from me before i go to work.

 this time we was asked to use the wonderful mr&mrs snowman collection....i loved it!!

 the CD Collection can be found in marions shop and she is also working on a bigger CD called winter is for christmas collection.
so using an image, background and sentiment of the CD here is what i came up with...

so the main backing paper i used is from my stash but i used Marion's paper behind the sentiment i then coloured the digi using promarkers and glitter.
you cant really tell from the pic but i have also added some green sequins down the right hand side of the card.

i hope you like it.

GDT for my time to craft-transport

oopsie well i forgot to post this this morning and only just remembers.. never mind i blame the weather lol.

 well its challenge time again over at my time to craft and the theme is- transport

 before i show you my card just letting you all now the challenge will run until friday 5th october as they are changing the challenge date to Saturday!!!

 so for the final time here is my GDT card for them....

so to make this i coloured the image using promarkers and added the spaceman and the other embellishments around it. quick and easy but a great male card

DT for critter sketch-sketch

how are we all today well its challenge time again over at critter sketch
and the week the them is a sketch...

 here is the sketch you must follow!!

so using the cupcake digi here is what i came up with 



to make this card i started of my colouring the image using 'stampin write' pens then chose the papers.
i decided on the dark pink background paper with cupcakes on i then added the pink checked paper to the top and bottom corner with 3 cupcake stickers in the corners. then the image in the centre.

DT for daisy doodles- one for the boys

good morning everyone well its monday but im happy as its two more days to payday!!!!! and i have the day off hmmm where to go range check then the continental market is in town so think ill pop there for a kangaroo burger mmmmm

 well its challenge time again over at daisy doodles an this time its one for the boys 

 so using ryan the footballer which can be found here. this is my card...



(i must confess i id print the papers off that comes with ryan.....but i lost them in the dark pit of a bedroom)
but luckily i had this paper from kanban that fitter perfectly. so i coloured ryan using the 'stampin write' pens i then used a football embellishment i had and ut it over the smaller football ryan had. i then used the 'happy birthday' peel offs down the side.

DT for vintage elusions- men and machine

the main image i used was a free image of Google a while ago but never got round to using it.
i the decoupaged the cogs in the bottom corner and added the pocket watch in the top with half a wing
