hello everyone and welcome to my blog....as you will be able to tell im still new to this and have a long way to go so please bear with me :) all feed back is welcome good or bad as it will help to to know if my work is good or if to improve it... my main work for the blog is card making but am steadily starting to make boxes and will eventully move on to other things thanks again for reading cant wait for your feed back

DT for Fat Pages and cards with Attitude-Texture

good morning everyone well its lovely weather hear again and im stuck at work in the cold till 6. all im saying is it better be nice over the weekend lol.

 so its challenge time again over at fat pages and cards with attitude and the theme this fortnight is texture so come on everybody get adding everything you have to your cards lol/
the sponcors this week is the cutting cafe and floppy lattee

 so here is what i came up with using the cutting cafe's sentiment.






i started off my covering my card with an old flower top i had

i then printed the sentiment on to card adding it to the top.

i then added 3 paper roses in the bottom left hand corner and 3 resin flowers in the other 3 corners.

i then added a different paper flower to the left of the sentiment and a gemmed flower to the right

commissioned note books

i know its a late one but ive been to a bbq tonight and just got on laptop


so here is two notebooks i made for and order


this is the picture of the couple the notebooks was for.
one of them liked green the other purple

then they both wanted the same image which i printed of on photo paper. as well as the lips in the top corner and the pink hearts in the bottom corner.

it was a last minuet make as she wanted them as a surprise anniversary   present

DT for LEJ designs

good morning everyone its lovely and wa this morning. 

 just writing this on my phone as i walk to work as i forgot to do it last night so bare with me and of there's any random words thrown in its not my fault lol

 so the theme this week at LEJ Designs Challenge Blog is shabby chic i did struggle at first as i knew what it was but didn't know how to put it into a card lol and seen as i like my coloures i decided to make it colourful shabby chic.

 there are some fantastic sponsors

so here is my card




The image I have used is the Fair Maiden digi from LEJ Designs i made this by colouring the image using pro markers then adding it to the brightly coloured paper. i then added some old lace across the bottom and 3 flowers and buttons from stash that goes with the colour of the paper used.
i hope you like it and hope it turns out ok lol

GDT card for digi darlas

Hello stamping friends!! It's time for another new release hop this week over at Digi Darla's! We'll be showcasing some of the JULY new releases at our sister site - Digital Stamp Club!! Each of us on the DT chose an image from all of the July releases to show you and guess what!! Each one of us will be choosing one lucky winning comment to receive our image choice!! And here's my creation using Digi Darla's beat box


to make this card i spent ages finding some pop art pics of well known artists and finally came up with 'jessie j' (as thats who lyrics i used) 'eminem' lady gaga' and 'michael jackson'

i printed them off and added them on to my card like a normal pop art pic would be i then added my lyrics to the bottom and music notes inbetween the pics.

i then coloured the image using promarkers and stuck it in the middle of the card on a few sticky pads so it is higher then the other images.

happy birthday

well its sunday best get a bit of drinking done before its back to work tomorrow....


here is a quick card i did earlier after finding out im no good and transfering stamped images on a candle but i will succed eventually lol



fir this card i printed of the image and coloured it in using water colour pencils.

i then cut round it adding it to the card with a colourful 'happy birthday' sentiments and some pink wool wrapped around the left hand side.

brilliant news and a quick make

hiya well ive had some fantastic news to day storm (hair and beauty salon) has decided to buy some stock off me to sell in there salon. i am really really happy with this as not only are they selling my stock but i love storm as there are really friendly people. sherry (owner) runs the hair and beauty salon whilst her husband (chris) runs the tattoo part down stairs he is amazing so i am really pleased that we come to an agreement. 


they are also letting me set up a stall outside of the shop on Saturdays if i wish.




anyways on to the card i made today 




i got this as homework from card class a few weeks ago and finally got round to doing it.

i coloured the images using promarkers then mat and layered it on to the card matching the card and backing paper i also mat and layered the card with.

i then added a strip of green card to go with the green dress the nurse is wearing.

i then added fabric flowers and swirls which i added glitter to (not clear in pic)

i hope you like it :)

commissioned anniversary card

hello everyone i got asked yesterday to make a anniversary card that's not too soppy. i did not have a clue what to do for this lol but after a few ideas of some lovely fellow DT members and friends.


this is what i made....i hope they like it




i decided on the theme clean and simple...surly this cannot be soppy lol

to make this i used two pre cut dies cuts i added the sentiment 'happy anniversary with love' on tot he white scalloped one adding it to the purple scalloped one.

i then used my new pinky/purple jems from the goody bag i bought and suck them in to two spirals.

i then added purple ribbon to the side of the white die cut and two lots of pink ribbon from both top and bottom of the purple die cut
