hello everyone and welcome to my blog....as you will be able to tell im still new to this and have a long way to go so please bear with me :) all feed back is welcome good or bad as it will help to to know if my work is good or if to improve it... my main work for the blog is card making but am steadily starting to make boxes and will eventully move on to other things thanks again for reading cant wait for your feed back

DT for Daisy Doodles- Back to School



morning everyone how are we all today??

well the fantastic challenge over at daisy doodles is back to school (yep its nearly that time)lol

i used the image and paper packs from http://daisysdigidoodles.com/store/

here is what i came up with






instead of making a card i decided on this little back pack the tutorial can be found at split coast stampers.

to make this i printed off the paper pack on to card and followed the tutorial to make the bag.

i printed of the digi and coloured using promarkers

i then added gems to both the flaps as well as velcro so they actually fasten



this is the side view of the bag as you can see i used some orange striped ribbon from stash to make the hook and handles




this is a close up of the digi (sorry about silly flash)





and finally i took the pic with some pens in to show you the rough size of it.

this would be great to give as a gift maybe with mini pens in
