hello everyone and welcome to my blog....as you will be able to tell im still new to this and have a long way to go so please bear with me :) all feed back is welcome good or bad as it will help to to know if my work is good or if to improve it... my main work for the blog is card making but am steadily starting to make boxes and will eventully move on to other things thanks again for reading cant wait for your feed back

commissioned anniversary card

hello everyone i got asked yesterday to make a anniversary card that's not too soppy. i did not have a clue what to do for this lol but after a few ideas of some lovely fellow DT members and friends.


this is what i made....i hope they like it




i decided on the theme clean and simple...surly this cannot be soppy lol

to make this i used two pre cut dies cuts i added the sentiment 'happy anniversary with love' on tot he white scalloped one adding it to the purple scalloped one.

i then used my new pinky/purple jems from the goody bag i bought and suck them in to two spirals.

i then added purple ribbon to the side of the white die cut and two lots of pink ribbon from both top and bottom of the purple die cut

    Hi Emma, I love your card, Love the bling.. I hate it when your asked to make a card for someone and they just say something like " I dont want a soppy one or a cute one", my taste is not other ppls taste...lol... Youve made a Fab card and Im sure they will love it...xxxx love the colour

    This is a great design for an anniversary card, as it focuses on your sentiment/wish. The bling flourishes are a wonderful touch for a special card! xx
