well i havebeen busy all week making cards for my craft stall at end of month but still not got round to putting them on laptop lol so here is a card i did for an order for a Gothic blessing
this was a hard one for me with it been a 'gothic blessing' and not actully having a clue what to do lol. the lady that asked for it said she liked a previous card id done using the Basque and feathers so after spending probably a full week deciding how i could turn that in to a blessing card this is what i came up with:
The black a4 card with silver detail was from a local market stall but actually got it of the lovely lindyloo as she had a spare lol.
i then used the Basque template and decided to turn it in to a wedding dress by adding red and black paper at the top and used a burgundy ribbon and rouched it down the front to make part of the dress (saw this technique on C&C) i then found some black lace in my stash so used that and folded it in strips to make the bottom of the dress. i then added red and white jems for added detail.
The mans suit was from a template borrowed off a friend i used the same red and black paper for the shirt and black card for the jacket and trousers i then cut a triangle out of the burgundy ribbon to put in the 'pocket' and added two gems for detail
i then placed both the dress and suit on a bunch of red feathers and added the sentiment 'wishing you a lifetime of happiness together' with a little added extra of a pair of handcuffs which i printed off and cut out then added actual chain to join them together.
